Tuesday and Friday evenings - 4:30 p.m. Meet at Heritage Park - front parking lot - Trail running

Friday and Saturday Mornings - 8:30 a.m. Meet at St. John's Lutheran Church Parking lot off Valley Road near the Kiwanis Trail - ALL are welcome!

Saturday Morning - 8:00 a.m. Meet at Running with E's - various distances and routes

Sunday Morning - 9:00 a.m. Meet at LISD parking lot on M-52 near the Kiwanis Trail - ALL are welcome!

Sunday Mornings - 7:30 a.m. Heritage Park - Trail Running
